A part of Gideon and Anon's story that takes place in London during the 1940's. It's been roughly ten years since they've seen each other.

The blue glowing thing is part of the Orb that Anon used to travel through time to find his father. It broke and Gid and Anon each have a small piece that they keep with them so that they are pulled through time together, along with the malfunctioning orb. They never end up in the future, only in the past and very far into the past at that. Sometimes they are together when the orb transports itself somewhere else, sometimes they are not.

In this case it's been ten years since Gid landed in London without Anon and since they've been traveling through time periods for over 50 years they don't see the need to find each other right away, since the pieces of the orb will gravitate towards each other.
